I purchased 3 lots on Indian Lake in northern Maine and started to develop the property. My interest has changed and I am offering the 50' waterfront with boat house and approx 4 acre back lot with a 3 bedroom, full basement house. Property includes installed septic system. We recently obtained a permit for a 2 story 1200 sq ft bunk house on the water front lot as shown in this photo( no well or septic) but just 100' to the shore front. Sorry this permit expired and will have to be resubmited. This is a perfect addition as you can build a house just across the road (5 seconds from this lot) with septic permit in place. This property is a perfect compound for a family that enjoys the Maine lake region and will easily support three seperate homes. Electric utilities are right at the property edge. We have owned a 1/3 interest of a 40 acre lot for over 25 years. This is undeveloped property and will require some effort on your part to clear the access. There are options but will require your ability to conclude the details. About 9ac of the 40 are in a field that is not buildable (Remains open space) however the view is spectacular. The title is clear and the outer bounds are installed by survay. Please get in touch if you are interested. This is not cheap property but will be well worth the effort if you are so inclined.
We will entertain offers around $695,000.00 for our share of 13.3 ac with just under 2 ac of our share zoned as open space or possibly farming.
